Clearinghouse and Random Testing Consortium Record

49 CFR 382.305, 382.701-382.727, 382.103(b)

This tab holds the proof that the testing program in Tab 2 actually runs: the consortium enrollment certificate, the random selection notices and results, the Clearinghouse registration, and the query log. A self-employed owner-operator must be in a random pool of two or more drivers (382.103(b)) - a one-driver company cannot select itself, so in practice it joins a consortium.

This document is part of the paid packet. It prints filled in with your company details once the packet is purchased. The three free tabs - the cover index, the driver and equipment lists, and the automatic-failure self-check - are open to everyone.

Sections in this document:

  • Program administration
