Annual Review of Driving Record

49 CFR 391.25

At least once every 12 months the carrier must obtain each driver's motor vehicle record and review it to decide whether the driver still meets the minimum requirements for safe driving, considering accidents and violations of motor-vehicle laws. The review is documented with this signed note, kept in the driver's file. Missing annual reviews are among the most common audit findings.
