These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and AskEvo LLC ("AskEvo", "we", "us"). CrewPapers is a product of AskEvo LLC. By creating an account, making a purchase, or using CrewPapers (including crewpapers.com), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase CrewPapers. The services are intended for people operating or responsible for a business in the United States.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Your account and your purchases are personal to you (or to the single business you enter) and may not be shared, transferred, or resold. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date, and enter information only about a business you are authorized to represent. Notify us at support@askevo.ai if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
CrewPapers provides document templates and organizational tools: written policies, forms, checklists, logs and index sheets that describe the records federal motor carrier safety regulations require, filled in with the business details you enter. Each document cites the regulation it rests on. CrewPapers is NOT a government agency and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the U.S. Department of Transportation, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), or any state agency. Their names and regulations appear only to identify the requirements our documents address. CrewPapers is NOT a law firm, a safety consultant, a third-party administrator, a consortium, an insurance agency, or an auditor, and nothing on the service is legal, safety, insurance or compliance advice. We do not review your operation, we do not file, submit or sign anything on your behalf, we do not represent you in any audit, inspection or proceeding, and we never access your government accounts. The documents are a starting point: you are responsible for reading them, completing them, adopting them as your own policies, following them in practice, and keeping the underlying records (tests, inspections, logs, insurance) that the documents describe. A document that says a program exists does not create the program - only you can do that.
The New Entrant Audit Packet is a one-time purchase at the price displayed at checkout. It does not renew. Any discounted price offered to customers of another AskEvo product is applied at checkout based on your account's purchase records. If we later offer a subscription (for example, kept-current documents or additional generators), its price, renewal terms and cancellation steps will be shown at checkout and described here before it is sold; a subscription renews automatically until canceled and can be canceled from your account page or by emailing support@askevo.ai. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card statement will read ASKEVO or ASKEVO* CREWPAPERS. Prices may change for future purchases with notice on the site or by email; a price change never applies to a purchase you have already made.
Except where required by applicable law, purchases are final and non-refundable once access to the documents is granted, because the documents can be printed and kept immediately. If you believe you were charged in error, or a document did not display for you, contact support@askevo.ai and we will review it.
Regulations, forms, testing rates, retention periods and audit procedures change, and their application varies by what you haul, the size of your vehicles, where you operate, and facts about your business we do not know. We check our documents against the published regulations and show the date each was last verified, but we cannot promise they are complete, current, or correct for your situation. You are responsible for confirming current requirements with FMCSA, your state agencies, and your own advisors. We make no promise that using CrewPapers will result in passing any safety audit, inspection, compliance review, prequalification, or portal review, or in avoiding any citation, fine, penalty, out-of-service order or other consequence. Auditors evaluate whether a program is actually followed, not whether a document exists.
Drug and alcohol consortiums, medical examiners, insurers, electronic logging device vendors, and other providers mentioned or linked from the service are independent businesses. Their terms and prices govern your dealings with them, and we are not responsible for their products or conduct. Some links may be partner links: if you purchase through them we may receive referral compensation at no extra cost to you. We show the published price of each provider where we can, and we do not accept compensation to hide a cheaper official route.
The CrewPapers and AskEvo names, logos, sites, software, document templates, and other content are owned by AskEvo LLC or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-transferable license to fill in, print, store and use the documents for the internal compliance records of the single business named in your account, and to provide them to government auditors, inspectors, insurers and customers of that business as part of its records. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or use the documents to build a competing product or to prepare documents for other businesses. Government forms and regulations referenced in the documents belong to their agencies.
Any AI-generated answers on the service are produced automatically and can be inaccurate or incomplete. The document templates themselves are written and checked by people, not generated by AI, but they are organizational aids, not official government forms or professional advice. Always verify against the regulation cited on each document.
You agree not to: share your account or resell access; copy, scrape, publish, or redistribute the documents or other content beyond the license in section 9; use the content to build a competing product; attempt to probe, overload, or circumvent our systems, rate limits, or purchase requirements; enter information about a business you are not authorized to represent; use the documents to misrepresent to any agency, auditor, insurer or customer that a program exists when it does not; or use the services to violate any law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
You may stop using the services or request account deletion at any time via support@askevo.ai. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms; in that case, no refund is owed. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, survive.
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that any document is free of errors or sufficient for your situation, or that using the services will result in any audit being passed, any registration being granted, or any penalty being avoided.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskEvo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost loads or contracts, failed audits or reviews, revoked or delayed registrations, government fees, fines, penalties, interest, out-of-service orders, insurance costs, or lost work opportunities. Our total liability for all claims relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for CrewPapers in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to defend and hold AskEvo harmless from claims arising out of your use of the services, the documents you complete and adopt, the information you submit to any agency, auditor, insurer, customer or provider, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Idaho, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date, and material changes may be communicated on the site or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
