Controlled Substances and Alcohol Testing Policy

Every carrier that employs CDL drivers must give each driver written materials covering the items in 382.601(b) before the driver performs a safety-sensitive function, and keep a signed receipt (382.601(d)). This policy contains those items in the order the regulation lists them. Company rules that go beyond the regulation are marked as company policy.
